Goldstar Bonding Liquid is an acrylic based product, which is used as a sealer on very absorbent surfaces such as soft board, cement plaster, rough cast surfaces and plaster. It is also used as a binder for chalky surfaces such as those previously painted with a distemper or other low quality products.
